Research aim and objectives
Integration CAD and CAE
Haojie Lian obtained Phd Degree in Computational Mechanics from Cardiff University in 2015, under the supervision of Professor Stephane Bordas. The Phd project focused on the shape optimisation using isogeometric boundary element methods. Afterwards, Haojie worked as a Postdoc in TopOpt group in Technical University of Denmark, and conducted research on combination topology and shape optimisation for stress minimisation and fluid problems. Since 2016, Haojie joined Taiyuan university of Technology as a Lecturer, focusing on rock mechanics, hydraulic fracturing, and multi-physics coupling. Now Haojie is a Research Associate and Software Developer in Luxembourg University, aiming at integrating CAD and CAE by developing new generation of numerical algorithm and software.
